Thursday, September 2
Seek God's blessing upon Bryn MacPhail and St. Andrew's Kirk in the
Bahamas to which he has recently been called.
Friday, September 3
Intercede for renewal among the congregations linked together in the
regional ministry in the Presbytery of Temiskaming (Cochrane,
Kapuskasing, Timmins, and Kirkland Lake in Ontario) and pray for Arlene
Onuoha, due to be inducted this month.
Saturday, September 4
Pray for Alex MacLeod and the congregation of Kortright Church, Guelph,
Ontario, as he takes up ministry in their midst in answer to God's
call.
Sunday, September 5
Uphold Calvin Brown, Executive Director of the Renewal Fellowship, as he
preaches today at Harrington and Embro, Ontario.
Monday, September 6
Uphold George Anderson and the congregation at St. Andrew's Church,
Huntsville, Ontario, as they begin ministry in covenant together.
Tuesday, September 7
Uphold young people who have had experience on mission trips this summer
and whom the Lord may well call into full-time mission service. Remember
Juliette Anderson returning from time in Indonesia.
Wednesday, September 8
Give thanks the ministry of the Renewal Fellowship and partners at
Dorothy Lake Camp near Kirkland Lake, Ontario, this summer. Give thanks
for the campers who attended and experienced the peace of Christ.
Thursday, September 9
Join Harold Wiest and the congregation at Kamloops, British Columbia, in
giving thanks for a good Reading Camp ministry in August.
Friday, September 10
Pray for new theological students beginning studies this fall. Ask God
to make them fit for faithful and effective ministry for Jesus Christ.
Saturday, September 11
Pray for the Holy Spirit's direction for the congregation of St. Aidan's
Church, New Westminster, British Columbia, in the calling of a new
pastor.
Sunday, September 12
Pray for Calvin Brown, preaching today at Central Church, Brantford,
Ontario.
Monday, September 13
Pray for the Presbytery of Kamloops in British Columbia.
Tuesday, September 14
Join St. Andrew's Church, Welland, Ontario, in praying for God's
provision for a youth staff person on a part-time basis.
Wednesday, September 15
Pray with Pat Allison and St. Andrew's Church, Moncton, New Brunswick,
planning to launch a parenting ministry for families of baptized
children up to age 11; pray that parents would take the opportunity to
meet the author of For Heaven's Sake! Parenting Preschoolers

results in children's lives.

Pray for Knox Church, Toronto, Ontario, during its vacancy; ask God to
raise up the leadership of His choosing for the future.

Ask for the Holy Spirit to move in the hearts of the congregation for
the work of renewal as our Executive Director, Calvin Brown, preaches at
Central Church, Brantford, Ontario.
Monday, September 20
Uphold the Presbytery of Kamloops, British Columbia, seeking to support
several congregations passing through difficult challenges.
Tuesday, September 21
Pray with Michael Stol and the session of Westmount Church, London,
Ontario, in planning for the year ahead.
Wednesday, September 22
Join many pastors and congregations in praying for effective outreach to
young families.
Thursday, September 23
Pray for St. Andrew's Church, Hespeler, Ontario, to grow in evangelical
zeal and focus while pursuing a search for a new minister.
Friday, September 24
Pray with the Board of Directors of the Renewal Fellowship meeting today
and tomorrow to begin the transition and process for a new Executive
Director as Calvin Brown plans retirement in July 2011, including the
development of a new job description and profile of the Renewal
Fellowship. Pray specifically for wisdom, guidance, patience, and grace
for the task at hand.
Saturday, September 25
Pray that those who lead will remember from where our help comes. (Psalm
121: 1-2). Pray for the Holy Spirit to direct and control all that is
done at the Renewal Fellowship board meeting today.
Sunday, September 26
Pray for a good response at St. Andrew's Church, Streetsville, Ontario,
as our Executive Director, Calvin Brown, preaches there today.
Monday, September 27
Ask God to lead many new people to join with the work of the Renewal
Fellowship.
Tuesday, September 28
Pray for the women's ministry at St. Andrew's Church, Welland, Ontario,
planning a "Ladies' Day Apart" on Oct. 2nd with Ellie Cholette.

Pray for congregations seeking to renovate facilities. Uphold St.
Andrew's Church, Kamloops, British Columbia.
Thursday, September 30
Pray for a generous response to the financial appeal recently made by
the Renewal Fellowship.
